1. Returns

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It also must be in the original packaging.

2. Exchanges (if applicable)

We will replace items if they are defective or damaged. In these rare instances, if you need to exchange for the same item, please send an email to info@load-of-crock.com and include your name, order number, and reason for request of exchange.

3. Shipping

Orders placed by 1:00 p.m. central time, generally ship same day, when placed Monday-Friday. In instances of orders placed on Saturday or Sunday, or where the order does not get shipped same day, the order will be shipped the following business day.

Shipments are sent via USPS and are generally received within 2-5 business days of ordering.
