Steak Kabob Marinade

Happy Labor Day weekend, friends! I don’t know about all of you, but I am hanging on to the last minutes of summer! And this includes the food being made in our house. We made some steak kabobs that hit the spot, with a super easy marinade I wanted to share with all of you.

Ingredients/Recipe:

  • 1/2 cup of olive oil

  • 1/3 cup of of soy sauce

  • 1/4 cup of Worcestershire sauce

  • 1/4 cup of lemon juice

  • 1 tablespoon of hot/tabasco sauce

  • 1 tablespoon of garlic seasoning

  • 1 tablespoon of Italian seasoning (if you don’t have, a little basil and oregano will work)

  • 1 tablespoon of salt

  • 1 tablespoon of pepper

 Putting it Together:

In a bowl, add the above ingredients over your steak pieces and mix together. Let sit in your fridge for at least 4 hours, and up to 24 hours, before grilling.

Serving

We made the kabobs with peppers and onions and after we put on the skewers, we drizzled some of the juices from the mix over top.

We used roughly 2 lbs. of cut of steak pieces, and this made three very full skewers of meat, onion, and peppers.

 Load of Crock Tip(s):

 This marinade is great not only for kabobs, but any time you are making steak. Another great use is for doing fondue, this works great and adds an awesome flavor!

I love summer and red meat, which is why I am hanging on to both of them. Enjoy!
